The ranking is determined by the so-called Service Experience Score (SES), which is closely linked to customer loyalty. To calculate this score, not only current customers but also former customers from the past 36 months are surveyed.

Based on the results, both an overall ranking and an industry-specific ranking are compiled. No customer addresses are requested from or provided by the participating companies for this purpose. The customer survey is conducted independently and without the involvement of the companies being evaluated.
