Block card
BTV debit card in Classic or Black (cashpoint card)
- You can block your BTV debit card directly in meineBTV and order a new one. To do so, log into meineBTV. First, choose the menu item ‘Finances’, then choose the Classic or Black BTV debit card that you wish to block. Then go to ‘Additional Functions’ (symbol with the three dots), click on ‘Block and Re-order Card’, and follow the further information in the form.
