Change personal data
Has your postal address, e-mail address, or telephone number changed? You can adapt that information directly in meineBTV under ‘Settings’.
To change the country of residence or your last name, please contact your advisor. You can upload the documents directly in meineBTV and transmit them to your advisor.
Remote maintenance
If a problem cannot be solved over the phone, the remote maintenance tool can be used with your consent.
What do you need to do?
- Download the remote maintenance tool and start it.
- Afterward, you’ll receive a session number from us to set up a secure internet connection.
- We won’t see your screen until you give us permission.
- We can lead you through the troubleshooting using the cursor or, with your consent, take over the control of the cursor on your PC.
Standard Settlement Instructions
The constantly increasing automation and interoperability of electronic settlement systems help reduce processing times by eliminating manual settlement processes. This allows Straight-Through Processing (STP) to be achieved, and the relevant transaction details need be recorded only once. To implement efficient STP processing of frequently recurring transactions, ‘Standard Settlement Instructions’ (SSI) are defined and are used automatically during processing.
